Membership Tiers & Eligibility

 Silver:

A Guest, on completion of at least one stay at any participating Trident Hotel can become a member of the programme and would be enrolled in the Silver Tier of Trident Privilege. The Silver members will be rewarded 10 points for every eligible INR 100 spent and will automatically be upgraded to Gold tier (based on meeting certain criteria). The benefits and privileges offered to Silver members include:

1. Express check in
2. Express check out
3. Late check out – 3 pm (Subject to availability)
4. Complimentary accommodation for spouse

 Gold:

Members who have completed at least 5 stays or earned 10,000 reward points in a 12 month period from the time of membership will be upgraded into the Gold Tier. The Gold members will be rewarded 11 points for every INR 100 spent at participating Trident Properties.Gold members are eligible for upgrade to the Platinum tier contingent on them meeting the established eligibility criteria for Platinum. The benefits and privileges offered to Gold members include:

2. Express check out
3. Late check out – 3 pm (Subject to availability)
4. Complimentary accommodation for spouse
5. Early check in (Subject to availability)
6. 50% discount on rack rate on weekends (Friday to Sunday) in any suite
7. 15% discount on Laundry
8. 15% discount on the Business Center

 Platinum

Members who have completed at least 12 stays or 40,000 points in a 12 month rolling period from the time of membership will be automatically upgraded into the most exclusive tier of the programme - Platinum Tier. The Platinum members will be rewarded 12 points for every INR 100 spent at participating Trident properties. The benefits and privileges offered to Platinum members include:

3. Late check out – 3 pm (Subject to availability)
4. Complimentary accommodation for spouse
5. Early check in (Subject to availability)
6. 50% discount on rack rate on weekends (Friday to Sunday) in any suite
7. 15% discount on Laundry

9. 72 hours room availability guaranteed
10. Room upgrade (subject to availability) or complimentary breakfasts
11. Access to ‘Trident Club Lounge’ for resident guests
12. Internet free of charge on `Trident Club’ floors
13. Dining voucher worth INR 2,500 can be redeemed at any restaurant in a Trident Hotel
