Membership Tiers & Eligibility

 Red Tier:

The Silver tier has been replaced by the Red tier.
All new members shall be enrolled into the Red tier of Trident Privilege.

A Red member is awarded 10 points for every eligible INR 100 spent , during the stay. The benefits and privileges offered to Red tier members include:

1. Express check in
2. Express check out
3. Late check out - 3 pm (Subject to availability)
4. Double occupancy at no extra charge

Members in the Silver tier will continue to enjoy benefits and privileges as before with their Silver cards.

 Gold Tier:

On completion of 5 stays or accumulation of 10,000 reward points in a 12 month period from the time of membership, the member will automatically be upgraded to the Gold Tier. A Gold member will be rewarded 11 points for every INR 100 spent during their stay. The benefits and privileges offered to Gold members include:

1. Express check in
2. Early check in (Subject to availability)
3. Express check out
4. Late check out - 3 pm (subject to availability)
5. Double occupancy at no extra charge
6. 50% discount on rack rate at weekends (Friday to Sunday) in any suite
7. 15% discount on Laundry charges
8. 15% discount on the Business Centre charges

 Platinum Tier:

A Member having completed 12 stays or on accumulation of 40,000 points in a 12 month rolling period from the time of membership will automatically be upgraded to the most exclusive tier of the programme - Platinum Tier. A Platinum member will be rewarded 12 points for every INR 100 spent, during their stayat participating Trident hotels. The benefits and privileges offered to Platinum members include:

1. Express check in
2. Early check in (subject to availability)
3. Express check out
4. Late check out - 3 pm (Subject to availability)
5. Double occupancy at no extra charge
6. Guaranteed availability up to 72 hours prior arrival
7. Room upgrade (subject to availability) or complimentary breakfast
8. Access to ‘Trident Club Lounge’ for resident guests
9. Complimentary internet access on ‘Trident Club’ floors
10. 50% discount on rack rates at weekends (Friday to Sunday) in any suites
11. 15% discount on Laundry charges
12. 15% discount on the Business centre charges
13. Dining voucher worth INR 2,500 can be redeemed at any restaurant in a Trident Hotel
